Is FunnelCAD free?
Yes — the full model and every calculation work without an account.
The editor keeps your funnels in your browser, and you can export any of
them as a .fcad file. Pro adds cloud boards on every device on top of
the same free model, and Studio (coming soon) will add collaboration.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. The Free plan (see Pricing) requires no account at all — open the app and start modelling.
What's a .fcad file?
The funnel file FunnelCAD exports and imports: one funnel with all its scenarios, as plain JSON. Because it's a plain file, funnels stay yours even if you never upgrade — Pro adds cloud sync on top, it doesn't replace your files.
Can I share a funnel with someone else?
Not directly — FunnelCAD has no sharing function yet. To show a funnel to
someone, export it: send the .fcad file, or an SVG, PNG or PDF of the
board. Real-time collaboration and shared team and client workspaces are
planned for Studio.
What can I export?
SVG, PNG and PDF, plus the funnel itself as a .fcad file — on every
plan, including Free.
What's the difference between Pro and Studio?
Pro is for one person: cloud boards on every device, offline edits that sync when you're back, and a download of all your data at any time. It costs €19 a month, or €159 a year — €13.25 a month, about 30% less than paying monthly — and the first 14 days are free. At launch, the first 50 customers get a founding price of €99 a year, locked in for as long as their subscription runs.
Studio is coming soon: it adds real-time collaboration and team and client workspaces, for teams and consultants modelling on behalf of clients. It's priced per workspace, not per seat: €49 a month flat, with 3 seats and unlimited client workspaces included.
FunnelCAD is for businesses only (see Section 9 of the Terms of Service), so all prices are net, excluding VAT.
Does FunnelCAD connect to my ad accounts or CRM?
Not yet. Google Ads, Meta, Calendly, Stripe and CRM integrations are on the roadmap so a model can update from real numbers automatically — see Overview.
